Get. It. Together
July 2019 - 1st Blog Post
Anyways, I have really struggled with sticking to my wellness journey this year. The combination of bad eating habits and periods of extreme exhaustion have kept me from working out have lead to about a 10 lb weight gain. So, instead of finishing the year the way it started, I have decided to get my life together!
Part of the reason that I have not really ventured into the “Treadmills” portion of the blog is because I wanted to share a success story. However, I am learning more and more that health & wellness is a journey - full of ups, downs, trial & error. So now, I have decided to share the journey and not just the end result, hoping to not only inspire myself to keep going but maybe inspire others to get back on it or just start. I will even be inviting some guest bloggers to share their tips on certain topics.
For the next 8 weeks, I will be challenging myself to improve my overall physical wellness and figuring out what works for me to improve my:
Endurance & Strength
Energy (I am exhausted ALLLL the time)
Sleep patterns (mine are the WORST - I am working on this at 9:30pm after I fell asleep at 7:30pm)
Whatever else I discover needs to be addressed
At the end of this 8 weeks, I plan on being:
Smaller (in weight and inches)
